01 / Scope of these terms

These Terms of Use govern browsing and using the Dependafix™ online store, operated by Shanghai Youmi Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd.. They cover website access, accounts and use of our content. Purchases are also governed by our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Payment & Security policy. Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when communicating with us or creating an account. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract, or use the store under appropriate adult supervision where permitted. Keep account credentials private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Select suitable accessories, protective equipment and work conditions for the specific task. Website content does not replace a product manual, professional advice or legally required qualifications.

Electrical, gas, structural and other regulated work may require a qualified professional. Do not use a voltage tester as the sole proof that a circuit is safe to touch. Do not direct a laser toward eyes. Stop using damaged tools, batteries or chargers and contact support for guidance.
