Products and suitability

Read the selected product’s specifications, dimensions, intended use, compatibility, power requirements and included items before purchasing. Batteries, chargers and accessories are included only when expressly listed. Tools should be used within their stated operating limits. No universal compatibility, professional certification or performance rating is implied unless stated on the product page.

Prices and checkout totals

The price and currency displayed at checkout apply to the order. Available discounts, shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Any import charges not collected at checkout are governed by the destination’s rules and the information provided before purchase. We will not add undisclosed charges after payment without your agreement.

Order formation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless an earlier acceptance is expressly communicated or required by law. Orders remain subject to stock availability, payment verification and lawful fraud checks. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will notify you and promptly refund the amount paid.

Errors and changes

If a material pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch. You may accept the corrected information or cancel the affected order for a refund. We will not automatically charge a higher price. To request an address change or cancellation, contact support as soon as possible; changes may no longer be possible once dispatch has occurred. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Payment

Payments are handled through the methods offered at checkout. Your payment provider may request additional authentication. Failed, reversed or unauthorized payments may prevent dispatch. Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method, subject to its processing rules. Our Payment & Security policy contains further information.

Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, charges and delivery estimates are disclosed with the relevant product or at checkout. Carrier transit estimates can vary. If we cannot meet a stated shipment deadline, we will notify you and provide the opportunity to agree to a revised date or cancel for a prompt refund. Returns and remedies

Our voluntary return policy permits eligible return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct address and instructions. Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed products are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Statutory rights and remedies apply in addition to our voluntary policy.

Warranties and tool operation

Any commercial warranty is limited to the warranty expressly supplied for the selected product. Applicable statutory warranties remain available. Use tools only as instructed, and do not alter safety systems. Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable accessories, incorrect charging or unauthorized modifications may fall outside a voluntary warranty, without reducing rights that the law preserves.

Reviews and submissions

Reviews should reflect your own experience and must not contain confidential information, infringement or unlawful content. You retain ownership of your original submissions. When you choose to publish a review on our store, you permit us to display it for that purpose, subject to applicable privacy law and any separate terms shown when it is submitted. We do not claim unrestricted ownership of private support messages.

Liability and mandatory rights

Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful, or any non-excludable consumer guarantee. Ordinary tool-use cautions do not transfer our legal responsibilities to the customer.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain access to courts, regulators and other remedies available under applicable law. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies is imposed by these terms.

Policy updates

Updates apply prospectively. The terms presented when an order is placed govern that purchase, subject to changes required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
